What We Do

Just Like Mom's Pastries is a retail and wholesale bakery in Weare, NH. Our homemade pies and cakes are extremely popular among locals and are served in some of Manchester's best restaurants. The pastry case is always filled with a delicious selection of cakes, pies, and finger pastries like éclairs, cannoli, Napoleons, mini cheesecakes, carrot cupcakes, and much more. We also offer made to order wedding cakes, known for their great taste and unique and elegant designs.

Each morning, you can enjoy a variety of fresh-baked breakfast pastries, hot Green Mountain Coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and homemade quiche. Our deli offers made-to-order subs and wraps, as well as homemade soups. We also offer homemade frozen food section with fully prepared dinners, soups, U-bake pies, large cheesecakes, crisps, and birthday cakes.

Our Story

Established in 1987 by owner, Karen Car, Just Like Mom's Pastries began as a home-based business with the philosophy that cakes should not only look great, but taste great too. All of Karen's cakes are made with the freshest ingredients possible and real butter cream frosting, far-surpassing the expectations of her customers. In July of 2004, Karen decided to move her bakery to a retail location so she could serve her treats to the entire region. Karen is a 1979 graduate of Johnson and Wales culinary school, and has worked as a pastry chef at some of the region's finest establishments.

Directions

We are located on the corner of RT. 114 and Riverdale Rd. in Weare, NH.
-From Goffstown center, follow RT. 114 north/west for about 2.5 miles and
we'll be on your left, just before the "Welcome to Weare" sign.
-From Henniker follow RT. 114 south for 15 miles from Henniker center
and turn right onto Riverdale Rd.
-From Manchester you can either follow Mast Rd. to the west until it turns
into RT. 114 in Goffstown, or follow 101 west to Bedford.  Where 101 turns
left, continue straight, following the signs for 114/Goffstown.
-From Concord take RT. 89 north to the Clinton St./NH 13 exit.  Take
Clinton St./NH13 southwest for 4 miles. Turn left onto NH 13. Take
NH 13 south for 9.5 miles. At the intersection in Goffstown center, turn
right on to RT. 114. Take 114 north/west for 2.5 miles and we'll be on your left.
